Have you ever wished for a snack that was sweet, guilt free AND delicious? All the time, right? Well my friend, this recipe is exactly what you need. It’s oh so tasty and good for you too! It’s fruit dip! Plus guess what else. Like many of my other recipes, it has very few ingredients. Like, 3. Only three ingredients. Could this day get any better?
Let me tell you a little bit about the origin of this recipe. At work my co-workers and I take turns bringing breakfast on Friday. Some people stick to a bag of bagels, but others go all out and make homemade creations. Once I brought a waffle maker and made waffles for everyone. Fun, I know!
Back to my story… Once a girl brought homemade scones, fresh fruit and fruit dip. The fruit dip was incredible. I literally stuffed my face with fruit dip for an hour. I was totally hooked. And then everyone was mad at me for eating all of the fruit dip. But that’s okay because after that I went home and mastered my own fruit dip recipe.
I like to serve with apple slices and strawberries, but feel free to slice up a baguette or bananas or kiwi or all of the above.
- 1½ C low fat greek yogurt
- 3 tbs Biscoff or cookie butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and serve with fresh strawberries and apples
