Alright, I know what you’re probably thinking. “That girl has gone off the deep end. Poor Chris. Kale chips, really?”
I promise promise promise these are delicious, and they’re SO good for you. They’re a super food! I’m not exactly sure what that means, but I’m certain it’s something magical.
It’s hard to describe these to someone who hasn’t had them before. They’re super crispy and salty and….green. That’s all I’ve got.
These are absolutely perfect to snack on on a lazy Sunday afternoon, or to serve at a barbecue. They’re so guilt free, you could eat over 100 of these tasty little chips. (Just kidding don’t eat 100 kale chips, you might explode.)
Also, just as a side note, these don’t keep well. It’s best to serve them piping hot, right out of the oven. I’ve never had luck eating these the next day. They’re nowhere near as crispy and tasty.
